Delivery
Delivery is free for every order delivered in mainland France.
Allow 8 to 14 days between the confirmation of your order and its arrival. As soon as it ships, you receive a confirmation email with your tracking link.
If your parcel is late or damaged, contact us: we will find a solution quickly.
Right of withdrawal — 14 days
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code (EU Directive 2011/83/EU), you have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase, without giving any reason and without penalty.
To exercise this right, simply send us a clear statement (for example through our Contact page) saying that you wish to withdraw, together with your order number.
The full refund, including the original delivery costs, is made no later than 14 days after we receive your request, using the same payment method as your order. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product.
Money-back guarantee — 30 days
Beyond the legal period, Ondra gives you 30 days after delivery to try your mat. If it is not right for you, we refund it.
How to return your mat
- 01Write to us through the Contact page with your order number and the colour you received.
- 02We reply with the return address and packing instructions.
- 03Pack the mat carefully, ideally in its original packaging, to avoid any breakage.
- 04Send the parcel within 14 days of your request and keep the proof of postage.
- 05Once received and checked, we refund you to your original payment method.
Return shipping costs are at your expense under the right of withdrawal. The product must be returned complete and in good condition.
