Terms of Sale

1. Purpose
These terms govern the online sale of Ondra products to consumers. Placing an order implies acceptance of these terms.
2. Seller
Ondra — company name, legal form, registered address, SIREN/RCS number and EU VAT number to be completed.
3. Products
The Ondra Mat is a diatomite stone bath mat, 40 × 60 cm, available in 18 colours. Photographs are as accurate as possible; slight variations in shade may occur.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes. The Ondra Mat is offered at €29.90 incl. VAT. Delivery within France is free.
5. Order and payment
An order is confirmed once paid in full using the payment methods offered at checkout. A confirmation email summarising the order is sent to you.
6. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address given when ordering, within an estimated 8 to 14 days. Full details are on the Shipping & Returns page.
7. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving a reason (Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). The refund is made within 14 days.
8. Money-back guarantee
In addition to the legal right, Ondra offers a commercial 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of receipt.
9. Legal guarantees
Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
10. Personal data
The data collected is required to process orders. You have the right to access, correct and delete it in accordance with the GDPR.
11. Mediation and disputes
In the event of a dispute, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge (details to be completed). These terms are governed by French law.
